Pleated blinds: a sophisticated window decoration for many windows
A pleated blind is a sophisticated product that can be used with many windows and styles. Only available in a narrow pleat depth of 20 and 32 mm! Wide choice of colours and fabrics from transparent to blackout, with or without coating. Coatings that make them light-repellent, heat-resistant and/or dirt-repellent. With the right advice, we are sure that we can also meet your requirements. Precisely because of its elegant and narrow pleat depth of only 20 mm, it can often also be used for installation between narrow glass battens!
We do not sell pleated blinds online. The structures, translucence, and tactility must be seen and felt! In addition, good advice on the various implementation options is an absolute must.
Manually operated or with an app?
In addition to the many possibilities of manual operation, you can also opt for a motor. This offers the possibility to operate your product with a remote control or, if you have the right hup, also with an app on your phone.
Top - down - bottom - up
TDBU for short, and a term you will hear a lot with pleated blinds. By choosing this extra option, you have the possibility of placing the product halfway along the window or only moving it from bottom to top (or vice versa). Not surprisingly, most pleated blinds are also sold in TDBU.
TruFit / FrameFit (EasyClick) ideal for Tilt&Turn windows!
In many homes, turn-tilt windows are used and the question arises "what about the window decoration?".
If you opt for a pleated blind, there are nevertheless several options. With a Framefit, the pleated blind is mounted in a frame, and this frame is again placed on the tilt&Turn window without any drilling or screws. The advantage of this is that you won't see any mounting brackets anywhere, the frame, which is available in various colours, forms a whole with the window frame and, in the case of a blackout blind, a much better blackout can be achieved.
If a frame is not possible, you can also opt for a TruFit model. The side profiles are then stuck to the glass with a special tape.
For a timber or plastic window frame with a wide glazing slat, you may even want to look at fixing it to the glazing slats.
Transparent pleated curtains
With a transparent plissé, you can control the light in your home beautifully and subtly. This creates a cosy atmosphere in your home or workplace. Stylish yet practical, cleaning with just a soft brush. The transparency means you maintain contact with the outside world.

Semi-transparent pleated blinds light no view!
With a semi-transparent pleated plissé, you buy a can-tight yet stylish window decoration. You keep light coming in filtered but prevent it from looking in, but in closed situation you cannot look out either.
By choosing the Top Down Bottom Up option, you can set this pleated blind in a position where, for example, there is still a space at the bottom or top to maintain contact with and view of the outside world.
Available in 2 pleat depths of 20 and 32 mm. Large selection of operation options and a pleated fabric is possible for many window shapes and sizes. The narrow pleat depth of only 20 mm is ideal for use on the glazing strip. If you prefer a more present plissé, the 32 mm version will do.

Blackout pleated blinds
Actually, we should tell you that there is no such thing. There are certainly blackout pleated fabrics but because the cords run through visible holes in the fabric, total blackout is impossible.

Dense in this case is really dense and dark. If you use this product in the bedroom, it is recommended to combine it at least with a nice matching inbetween. Then you can sleep dark at night and still move freely in the bedroom during the day without feeling like it's still night. Of course, you can also opt for a Day and Night system where the blackout fabric is combined with a matching transparent version in 1 system.

Easyclick / Framefit / Trufit
Especially for mounting on a tilt&Turn window, especially the versions where screwing is not allowed, such as in plastic or aluminium, a plissé can be mounted using a frame. Also called FrameFit or Easyclick.
Note that it can only be used on a pleating with a pleat width of 20 mm.
Here, the duette is mounted in a frame and this entire frame is fixed to the window frame using magnetic tape.
If you want to clean the windows or go for a big clean, the frame can be easily removed and returned.
Mounting in this way has a number of advantages:
You will have heard before that every advantage also has a disadvantage, and that applies to this product as well as to any product fitted to a tilt-and-turn window. As soon as you open or turn the window, the product moves with it and stays in place. However, by opening the window, especially if you expect blackout, light can still come in.
The frame profiles are available in several Ral standard colours and can also be stove-enamelled in any Ral colour to achieve an even better match with the window frames.
If, for whatever reason, a frame is not possible or not an option for you, we can always see if the product can be mounted on and between the glass slats. Thereby TruFit be the right option. Here, the side profiles are stuck to the gals between the gals slats with a special tape. The product then moves flush along the glass and is trapped between the gals as it were.
We do not sell FrameFit products online, you have to see them! Together with our advisers, you will come to the right decision.
